FAQ

General Questions

  • Psychedelic-assisted healing is a therapeutic process that uses expanded states of consciousness to explore, release, and reconnect. When approached with intention and care, psychedelics can support emotional healing, spiritual insight, and a deeper relationship with one’s true nature. This work is not about fixing what’s broken—it’s about remembering what’s already whole.

  • No. While the process may feel therapeutic, this is not psychotherapy, and I am not a licensed therapist. This is a heart-centered, trauma-informed, and research-aligned approach to healing that incorporates preparation, administration, and integration. Many clients also work with a therapist alongside this work.

  • At this time, psychedelic facilitation is not legal in most places. This work is offered in private, intentional settings. I do not publicly advertise the use or sourcing of any substances and only speak in greater detail after a screening process and mutual agreement to proceed. My priority is always safety, consent, and discernment.

  • That’s up to you. The experience can be deeply spiritual—but it can also be emotional, physical, symbolic, or subtle. You don’t need to believe anything in particular. This work is about presence, not dogma.

  • The intake process typically takes 1–2 weeks and includes an application, review, and consultation call. This allows time for mutual discernment, intention setting, and safety review. It’s recommended to begin at least a month in advance of a potential session date.

  • Yes, I offer journey work for couples on a case-by-case basis. Shared or parallel journeys can be powerful, but require additional preparation. Please note that each partner will go through the intake and preparation process individually, and joint sessions are only offered when aligned and appropriate.

Logistics & Safety

  • This varies depending on your needs, goals, and readiness. In general, I offer preparation, facilitation, and integration support for psilocybin, MDMA, and 5-MeO-DMT. Specifics are discussed privately after screening.

  • Sessions are held in private, agreed-upon locations—often your home or a retreat-style space. The environment must be quiet, safe, comfortable, and free of interruptions. I collaborate with you to choose a setting that feels supportive and aligned.

  • Safety is central to every stage of the process. The intake form includes a thorough review of mental health, medications, and physical health. We take our time in preparation to ensure the setting, dosage, and emotional readiness are all well supported.

  • Maybe. Some medications are contraindicated with psychedelic substances. During the intake process, we’ll review your medications and determine together whether adjustments are needed or if the timing isn’t right.

  • For legal and safety reasons, I do not publicly share information about sourcing. However, I follow strict discernment protocols to ensure that any medicine involved in the work is pure, safe, and aligned with the needs of the individual. All conversations regarding sourcing take place privately and only after alignment has been established.

  • Once a journey date has been confirmed, cancellations within 10 days of the session are non-refundable unless due to an emergency or significant life event. If something arises earlier in the process, I do my best to work with you. Clear expectations around scheduling, communication, and refunds will be shared prior to booking.

  • At this time, I only offer services to individuals residing in the U.S., and in some cases, Canada. Travel may be required depending on location and session logistics.

The Experience

  • Every journey is different. Some experiences are vivid and emotional, others quiet and internal. What’s most important is that you stay open, curious, and supported. You will be guided to surrender expectations and allow the experience to unfold naturally.

  • You will remain conscious, though your awareness may shift in ways that feel unfamiliar. You may move through memories, sensations, or symbolic imagery. You will be supported the entire time and invited to let go safely, knowing the container is being held with care.

  • Fear and resistance can arise—and when they do, they are met with presence and compassion. You are never left alone, and you are not expected to move through anything without support. Grounding tools and non-directive facilitation help you stay with the process safely.

  • Only with your explicit, pre-established consent. As part of our preparation process, we engage in Touch-Informed Consent—a mutual agreement that includes demonstration, discussion, and documentation of what touch (if any) is welcome. You may change or revoke your consent at any time before the medicine is ingested, and all boundaries will be respected during the session.

If you did not give prior consent for a particular type of touch, it will not be offered during the session—even if requested in the moment—unless it is for medical safety. This is to protect your process and ensure deep trust and clarity within the container.

  • Most of my facilitation work is one-on-one, which allows for deep attention and personalized care. Group experiences may be offered seasonally in collaboration with trusted facilitators and will be clearly described on the website or through invitation.

After the Journey

  • Integration is the process of making meaning from your experience and weaving it into your daily life. This may involve insights, new perspectives, emotional release, or behavioral shifts—but it often takes time. Integration support is a structured, ongoing process that includes two or more sessions after the administration day.

  • You don’t have to. Some experiences are clear and direct, while others are symbolic, nonlinear, or confusing. Meaning often unfolds over time. Our integration work is designed to help you stay connected to what arose, even if the clarity comes later.

  • Absolutely. Additional integration support is available anytime. You are welcome to reach out in the days, weeks, or even months after your journey if something resurfaces or you'd like to continue the work.

Pricing Information

  • This work is offered as a full process—preparation, administration, and integration. Each phase is essential to the safety, integrity, and effectiveness of the experience. For this reason, I do not offer standalone administration sessions or partial packages. If we decide to work together, we are committing to the full arc of the journey.

  • The work is offered as a complete package that includes preparation, administration, and integration. This structure supports the integrity of the process and honors the arc of transformation.

While the commitment is to the full journey, payment may be made either in full or in installments—what’s most important is the mutual agreement to complete the process. Additional sessions beyond the core package (such as additional integration or preparation sessions) can be added at any time.

  • Payment for preparation and integration sessions is typically made electronically in advance. The administration session is a unique and sacred part of the process, and payment is offered in cash on the day of ceremony. This exchange is incorporated into the ritual and placed on the altar as a symbol of commitment, reciprocity, and mutual respect.

Clients are never required to move forward with an administration session if they do not feel ready. While I appreciate as much advance notice as possible, you are always free to change your mind. If we have secured a third-party location for the session that cannot be refunded, you will be responsible for covering those costs. All expectations around scheduling, payments, and logistics will be discussed clearly in advance.

  • I approach this work as sacred—and part of that sacredness includes clear agreements, healthy boundaries, and mutual respect. Financial exchange is one form of reciprocity, and it supports the time, training, presence, and energetic care required to hold this space. I also believe healing should be accessible. When needed, I offer sliding scale options in a spirit of equity and trust. This is relational work, and so is the agreement we enter into.

  • Yes. Accessibility is a core value in my practice. Sliding scale rates are available on a case-by-case basis for those navigating financial limitation, systemic barriers, or life circumstances that impact earning capacity.

This model is rooted in trust and reciprocity. When you pay more, you help make this work accessible to others. When you pay the baseline rate, you help me sustain this work. When you pay less, you are letting your community support you—and that is also beautiful.

    I offer four general tiers:
𖦹 Redistributor – For those with wealth or abundant resources
𖦹 Payer Forward – The true cost of services and the sustaining rate
𖦹 Sustainer – For those with limited expendable income or high debt
𖦹 Pay What You Can – Reserved for those for whom payment would be a hardship

We’ll explore your needs and determine what feels fair and respectful for both of us. All pricing conversations are confidential and grounded in mutual care.
