The first time I heard the phrase ‘Activist of Love,’ something in me awakened. I knew it in my bones, this is who I am. This is my calling. It was not an idea I discovered, but a truth I remembered.

In this lifetime, my work is to bridge the vast and the peculiar, the infinite and the embodied. To support others in fully inhabiting their role in this incarnation while staying connected to their infinite nature.

This is the essence of an Activist of Love: walking between worlds, integrating deep spiritual knowing with the beauty and complexity of human experience.

This work is about remembering our true nature.

My Path

My path into this work began long before I ever thought of myself as a guide.

Like many people drawn to this work, I spent years exploring personal growth and spiritual practice. Yoga, meditation, study, and self-inquiry all shaped the way I understood myself and the world. These practices gave me language and insight, but there were still places within me that thinking alone could not reach.

The deeper shifts began when I encountered practices that engaged the body directly.

Breathwork, somatic awareness, and ceremonial work opened doorways that years of intellectual understanding had not. These practices allowed emotions, memories, and patterns held within the nervous system to surface and move in ways that felt both profound and deeply natural.

Over time I came to understand something simple but powerful:

Real change happens when insight is allowed to move through the body.

A Moment of Remembering

One of the most profound moments of my life came in a therapeutic experience with MDMA. In that space, I felt myself dissolve into pure white light, held, loved, and at peace in a way I had never known before. I was one with the frequency of love and divine consciousness itself. In that moment, I understood: This is who we are. This is our true nature.

This experience revealed something deep within me — my sacred contract, my cosmic agreement in this lifetime. Accepting the role of Lindsay as a channel for love and truth was not a choice, but a remembering.

Since that experience, my path has been clear. My purpose is to be a bridge. A catalyst for connection, so that others may also remember that they are love itself, that this essence has always been, and will always be, who they truly are.

My Work

Over the past two decades I have devoted myself to the study and practice of consciousness, embodiment, and integration.

My training includes breathwork facilitation, somatic and trauma-aware practice, psychedelic integration, holistic health coaching, and thousands of hours of study and teaching within yoga and meditation traditions.

I hold a Natural Medicine Facilitator License in Colorado and completed a two-year Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Practitioner training through the SoundMind Institute. I remain in ongoing mentorship within the psychedelic-assisted healing field as I continue deepening my understanding of this work.

Across breathwork, ceremony, and guided journeys, I have supported hundreds of individuals through experiences of healing, transformation, and self-discovery.

Each container I hold is grounded in nervous system awareness, relational safety, and deep respect for the intelligence of each person's process.

My role is not to direct your experience. My role is to hold a space where something deeper can unfold.

My Approach

The work I offer is rooted in a simple philosophy:

Transformation happens through experience, not information.

Breathwork, ceremony, and psychedelic integration all offer pathways into states of awareness where insight, emotion, and embodiment can move together. These practices allow what has been held within the nervous system to surface and resolve in ways that feel both powerful and deeply humane.

I walk this path not as an authority, but as a guide beside you. My work is not about giving answers, but about creating space for you to find your own truth.

Through my own personal work, I am learning that the stronger my embodiment, the clearer my transmission. The deeper I step into my sacred contract, the more fully I can serve. This is my practice. And this is the space I hold for you.

In every space I hold, my intention is the same: to create a container of presence, respect, and care where people can safely explore the deeper layers of their own inner landscape.

Activist of Love

Activist of Love is the name I give to this path.

It is not a role or identity so much as a commitment, a way of moving through the world with courage, tenderness, and devotion to truth.

An Activist of Love recognizes that love is not sentimentality or avoidance of difficulty. It is the willingness to remain open in the face of the full spectrum of human experience.

To hold joy and grief. Expansion and contraction. The infinite and the everyday.

This is what I mean when I speak about being an Activist of Love: holding spaces where people can experience for themselves that the love they seek is already what they are.

This is the work I walk in my own life, and the work I invite others to explore in the spaces I hold.

"Love is the highest frequency—the source from which we come and to which we will return."
