The Breathwork Experience

Breathwork is not just a session—it’s a courageous return to yourself.
This is depth work.
It asks for your presence, expands your capacity to feel, and calls on your willingness
to remember what has long been waiting within.

Each Breathwork session becomes an alembic—a sacred vessel for transformation. Within it, the breath works as a catalyst, distilling what no longer serves and revealing the essence of who you are.


What to Expect?

Each session is a journey inward—guided, sacred, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.

We begin with grounding and intention-setting, then move into a rhythmic, circular breath practice supported by curated music and a safe, intentional space. Deep emotional release, energetic clearing, and insight may arise.

Afterward, we transition into integration—honoring what surfaced with curiosity, compassion, and reflection. This helps your body land and your heart make meaning of the experience.

No prior experience is needed. Only a willingness to show up for yourself.

Your Investment

Breathwork is an energetic commitment to your personal healing and wholeness.

Sessions are held online via Zoom and run approximately 75 minutes.

Single Session — $150
A powerful stand-alone experience to clear, reconnect, and reset.

The Alembic Sessions — $400
A 3-session series designed to support emotional release, nervous system repair, and heart-centered clarity through a progressive, transformative arc.

Sliding scale options may be available. Group rates upon request.

Breathwork has been one of the most transformative practices in my own healing journey.

Through the breath, I’ve met my grief, my joy, my rage, and my love. I’ve remembered what I thought I had forgotten. I’ve softened my edges and deepened my trust.

My approach is intuitive, somatic, and trauma-informed—drawing on earth-based wisdom, deep listening, and loving presence. I’ll walk beside you, but your body leads the way.
